It’s no secret that LUNA and Celsius problems as well as FTX liquidity crunch caused extremely high volatility on the crypto market. In the wake of these events we would like to draw our community’s attention to Choise.com liquidity, security and transparency.

Talking more specifically about these issues, we aim to assure you that we are highly capable and responsible for keeping your assets safe.

Licensing

Choise.com has been granted Estonian licenses for providing a virtual currency service and operating as a financial institution.

Our prepaid debit card is issued by UAB Waletto pursuant to license by Visa. UAB Waletto is authorized by the Bank of Lithuania to conduct electronic money service activities under the Law on Electronic Money and Electronic Money institutions.

Audit

As stated by Vladimir Gorbunov in his recent interview, the most important thing for the crypto business is to be audited by the regulator, and Choise.com has successfully passed all auditing procedures and license review in 2022. We were checked by our PCI DSS auditor Compliance Control Ltd.

Insurance

Choise.com has a comprehensive network of insurance providers, such as BitGo and Ledger Vault.

Certification

We have PCI DSS certification, in accordance with international standards, and undergo an external vulnerability scan every 3 months. We also strive to pass CCSS certification at the end of 2023.

Security

Since foundation, Choise.com has been consistently investing in its security infrastructure. Today we have a multi-stage security system, with various methods of protection at each individual stage, including KMS storage manager, self-written functions for the API, and a wild card certificate for a specific domain name. We use the BitGo partner application, which is an internationally recognized secure tool for managing wallets. Besides, we have developed an organized system of policies and rules (privacy, accounting policy, etc.) and implement SSL, SOC2, ISO/IEC 27001 security standards.

Risk management

Our professional team applies only neutral markets strategies and strives for very high diversification (never allocating more than 5% of our funds in any single instrument). This allows us to maintain a strong liquidity position while generating sizable revenues for our customers.

Robustness of our business model

Choise.com uses both VC and capitalization on the innovative financial products for funding. Moreover, native СHO and CRPT tokens represent less than 10% of assets. Last but not the least, we don’t have and have never had the need to outsource money to third parties to manage.
